We Need More Movies Like “Encanto”

Disney’s Departure From Tradition

If you haven’t seen the Golden Globe-winning movie for best feature film, what are you doing?

I don’t usually like to talk about movies, in fact, I hate movies. I hate movies because if they are really good, all I want is for them to be a longer series and if the movie is bad, then I just wasted a few hours watching garbage.

I will try my hardest not to spoil the movie so all I will say is Bravo!

Everyone should watch Disney’s Encanto because it’s not your typical Disney film. It’s a wonderful story about family and the internal struggles of a girl that feels less special than her family because she doesn’t have power.

If you were looking for a villain there is none, but you will get a lot of misdirecting about who the true villain of the story is.

The characters were amazing and each family member was a very well-developed character.

I cried.

Yes, I actually cried which is not something I do for fun when watching a movie.

It was heartfelt, the plot was well developed with songs that were so catchy they give people chills.
